ATHENS - Greece has finalized a deal to transfer a majority stake in the country's main shipyard from German to Arab control, the Greek defense ministry said Sept. 16.اثينا -- اليونان

وضع اللمسات الأخيرة على صفقة لنقل حصة أغلبية في حوض بناء السفن الرئيسية في البلاد
"حوض هيلين" من الشركه الألمانية "تيسينكروب" إلى شركة "أبوظبي مار" وضع اللمسات الأخيرة على صفقة لنقل حصة أغلبية في حوض بناء السفن الرئيسية في البلاد
"The Greek government, ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems and Abu Dhabi Mar today jointly announce that they have reached an agreement by finalizing the contract text," the ministry said in a statement.
الحكومة اليونانية ، وشركة تيسينكروب للأنظمه البحريه وشركة أبوظبى مار أعلنو اليوم أنهم بصدد وضع اللمسات الأخيره للتوقيع على العقد
"A new page opens for the Greek Navy, Skaramanga Shipyards and the entire Greek shipbuilding and ship repair sector," it said.

ThyssenKrupp will yield 75 percent of its stake in Skaramanga, also known as Hellenic Shipyards, to Abu Dhabi Mar. The deal had been delayed by wrangling over the delivery of a German-built submarine to the Greek navy.
وكانت الصفقه التى تقضى بنقل 75 فى المائه من الشركه اليونانيه المملوكه للشركه الألمانيه إلى شركة أبوظبى مار قد تأجلت بسبب خلافات بشأن اتفاق لتسليم الغواصات الألمانية الصنع إلى القوات البحرية اليونانية.
Athens in 2006 had refused to accept delivery of the Papanikolis submarine ordered in 2000 and built by ThyssenKrupp after Greek navy inspectors declared it defective during test runs off the port of Kiel.
أعلنت أثينا عام 2006 رفض قبول تسليم الغواصة Papanikolis التى أمرت ببنائها في عام 2000 والتي قامت تسينكروب الألمانيه ببنائها ,بسبب أن مفتشي البحرية اليونانية أعلنوانها معيبة خلال اختبارها قبالة ميناء كييل. Greek Defence Minister Evangelos Venizelos in March said that improvements had since been carried out, enabling the government to authorize its approval.
وقال وزير الدفاع اليوناني ايفانجيلوس فينيزيلوس فى شهر مارس أنه منذ ذلك الحين نفذت التحسينات ، مما يتيح للحكومة أن تأذن لإقرار الصفقه
"Papanikolis is a particularly important property item of the Greek Navy," he said.

وسوف تستخدم في الطريقة الأكثر فائدة للبحرية اليونانية The government had earlier indicated plans to sell the submarine.
Venizelos added on Sept. 15 that the Navy would also replace a planned overhaul of two older 209-class submarines with an order for two new 214-class submarines.
واضاف فينيزيلوس يوم 15 سبتمبر ان البحرية تخطط لإخراج الغواصات القديمه من طراز يو209 لشراء غواصات جديدة من فئة يو 214.
The project will cost 175 million euros ($227 million), he said.
وقال ان المشروع سيتكلف 175 مليون يورو (227 مليون دولار).
The Greek government, struggling with a debt crisis and facing a huge effort to restructure the economy, has admitted it can ill-afford arms purchases.
الحكومة اليونانية تعاني من أزمة الديون ,و تواجه جهود ضخمة لإعادة هيكلة الاقتصاد ،قالت أنه يمكن إلغاء شراء الأسلحة.
But Venizelos stressed that the deadlock over the stalled submarine order "had placed in danger the country's largest shipbuilding industry, thousands of jobs, the entire Greek Navy submarine program and over 2 billion euros already paid by the Greek state without tangible result."
لكن فينيزيلوس شدد على أن وضع الجمود الذي يعتري برنامج الغواصات المتوقف يجعل صناعة بناء السفن فى خطر ، والآلاف من فرص العمل ، وكامل برنامج الغواصة البحرية اليونانية وأكثر من 2 مليار يورو دفعت بالفعل من قبل الدولة اليونانية من دون نتيجة ملموسة."
The shipyard agreement will be presented to the Greek parliament for approval and should be in force by Sept. 30, Venizelos said.
وقال فينيزيلوس ستعرض اتفاقية حوض بناء السفن على البرلمان اليوناني للموافقة عليها في 30 سبتمبر
